At BTech Photography, we specialize in capturing those magical moments with creativity, emotion, and a deep understanding of Bengali wedding traditions. Whether it’s a grand celebration or an intimate gathering, we deliver timeless wedding photographs and cinematic videos across Kolkata and all over West Bengal.

📄 Terms & Conditions – BTech Photography

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the booking, services, and deliverables provided by BTech Photography ("Photographer", "we", "us", "our") to the Client ("Client", "you").

By booking any package, you agree to be bound by the terms listed below.

1. Booking & Payments

• A non-refundable advance payment of 30% of the total package amount is required to confirm the booking.
• The remaining 70% must be paid on or before the event date unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Payment can be made via bank transfer, UPI, cash, or cheque (subject to clearance).

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• In case of cancellation by the client, the advance amount is non-refundable.
• If the cancellation occurs within 7 days of the event, 50% of the total package cost will be charged.
• In case of cancellation by BTech Photography due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of the advance will be issued.

3. Event Changes

• Changes in date, venue, or time must be communicated at least 10 days in advance.
• We will try to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee availability for new dates.

4. Travel & Accommodation

• For events outside [Home City], travel and accommodation expenses for the photography team will be borne by the client.
• All outstation bookings must include at least 1 night of accommodation per team member per event day.

5. Deliverables & Timeline

• Edited Photos: Delivered within 6–8 weeks from the wedding date.
• Cinematic Video & Trailer: Delivered within 8–12 weeks from the event.
• Albums (if included): Delivered after final photo selection, within 15–20 working days.
• All raw files will be shared via cloud storage or pen drive (as per package).

6. Creative Rights

• We retain full creative control over the style, editing, and delivery of photos and videos.
• Editing requests beyond standard correction (e.g., body retouching, background swaps) may incur additional charges.
• No RAW files will be shared without written permission and agreed fees.

7. Client Cooperation

• It is the client's responsibility to coordinate with family members and ensure timely presence during the shoot.
• We are not responsible for missed shots due to delay, lack of cooperation, or restricted venue access.
• Permissions for drone usage (if applicable) must be obtained by the client from the venue/authorities.

8. Usage & Copyright

• BTech Photography retains the copyright to all images and videos.
• We may use photos/videos for our portfolio, website, and social media.
• Clients may share and print images for personal use but cannot sell or use them commercially without our consent.

9. Liability

• Our liability for any claim, breach, or damages shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client.
• We are not liable for unforeseen issues such as technical failures, power cuts, or natural disasters.

10. Force Majeure

• We are not responsible for cancellations or non-performance caused by events beyond our control, including accidents, illness, strikes, acts of God, or pandemics.

11. Amendments

• These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued service usage implies agreement with any changes.

12. Add-On Services & Charges

The following services are available as optional add-ons and are not included in standard packages unless specified:

13. Backup & Storage Policy

• We store your original event files for up to 3 months after delivery.
• After this, we are not responsible for file loss. Please back up your files upon receiving them.
• Re-uploading or restoring files post this period will incur a ₹1,000 service fee (if available).

14. Album Design & Approval

• Album design will be shared digitally for client review.
• Client must approve the layout within 10 days.
• One round of minor changes is included. Additional revisions: ₹500 per round.

15. Team Meals & Breaks

• For full-day weddings (6+ hours), meals or food allowances must be arranged for our crew.
• A short break is required during lunch/dinner to ensure performance.

16. Client Image Usage

• Clients may use images for personal and non-commercial purposes.
• Commercial use (e.g., brand ads, influencer promotions, or contests) requires a separate licensing agreement.

17. Conduct & Behavior

• We reserve the right to refuse or stop services if any team member faces harassment, unsafe environments, or disrespectful behavior.
• No refund will be issued in such cases.

18. Privacy & NDA Options

• For private clients or celebrity weddings, an NDA (non-disclosure agreement) can be signed upon request.
• Private galleries, password-protected albums, and offline-only delivery are also available.

19. Limit of Liability

• In the unlikely event of total equipment failure, loss of data, or severe illness, our liability is limited to a full refund of the booking amount or a reshoot (subject to availability).
• We always bring backup gear and photographers to mitigate risks.

20. Jurisdiction & Legal Compliance

• This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Insert State/Region, e.g., Maharashtra, India].
• Any disputes shall be settled in the courts located in Kolkata.
